Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 can refried beans
    1 pkg. tortilla shells (flour; 10)
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown vegetables.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add beans and heat through.
    Divide up mixture on 10 shells.
    Fold over shells.
    Hold together with toothpicks.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan or larger.
    Pour enchilada sauce on top.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
    Bake uncovered.
