Tater Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices bacon
    3 c. white potatoes small cubes
    3 tsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Fry bacon in iron frying pan.
    When done, remove bacon.
    Add potato cubes; cook until brown.
    Remove potatoes.
    Add flour to remaining grease.
    Brown flour; add salt and pepper and potatoes. Stir; add water and cook until gravy is thick.
    Pour into thick bowl and crumble bacon on top of gravy.
    Serve over hot biscuits.
