Peachy-Almond Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Chop peaches; drain and set aside.
    Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl; make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil; stir until moistened.
    Add peaches and remaining ingredients; stir until blended.
    Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes for 12 regular size muffins.
