Coffee Can Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. finely ground nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs at low speed. Add pumpkin, water and dry ingredients. Add nuts. Place batter in 4 greased and floured 1-pound coffee cans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. This freezes well.
