Greek Salata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce
    1/2 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
    2 green onions, chopped
    12 calamata (Greek style) olives
    8 anchovy fillets
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 unpared cucumber, thinly sliced
    2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Tear the lettuce into bite size pieces. Toss with cucumber, radishes and onions.
    Arrange lettuce, vegetables and tomatoes in salad bowl. Garnish with olives, cheese and anchovies; refrigerate.
    Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered jar; refrigerate.
    Shake dressing and pour over salad. Toss to serve.
