Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. honey
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine honey, oil and eggs and beat well.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Stir in honey mixture.
Add carrots and nuts.
Bake in 3 greased 8-inch round cake pans at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Spread with cream cheese frosting.
