Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. stir-fry vegetable mix
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. drained pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, place chicken breast that is boneless, skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Add oil.
    Cook, over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned (about 3 minutes).
    Add stir-fry vegetable mix and garlic.
    Cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes longer.
