Tomato Surprise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. tomato puree
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot puree.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Blend, electric mixer on high.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch mold.
    Chill at least 4 hours, overnight if possible.
    Cut into 4-inch squares.
    Serve over leaf lettuce.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
