Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. Vanilla Ice Cream
    1/2 c. Milk
    2 small box instant Coconut Cream Pudding
    1 small Cool Whip
    2 packs Ritz Crackers
    1 stick Butter
Preparation
    Crumble crackers and mix with melted butter, set aside one cup of crackers.
    Soften ice cream until creamy and add milk and pudding mix.
    Line bottom of 9x13 inch pan with crackers.
    Top with coconut cream mix.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Top with cool whip and cracker crumbs.
