Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Mix flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together.
    Put into plastic bag.
    Moisten potato pieces.
    Place two at a time in bag and shake to coat.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Place coated potato pieces in single layer and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once, until potatoes are golden brown.
