Cinnamon Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, cold water and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Set aside to cool.
