Italian Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    16 oz. stewed tomatoes
    1 c. canned spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    dash of pepper
    3 c. diced chicken
    4 c. cooked pasta (elbows, shell or rigatoni)
    6 slices American cheese, cut in half
Preparation
    In large saucepan on medium heat, melt oleo.
    Stir in flour and let cook for 1 minute.
    Add undrained stewed tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, onion, water and pepper.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add diced chicken and cooked pasta.
    Let flavors blend for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Place cheese slices on top.
    Let melt and serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
