Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 beaten egg white
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan, mix brown sugar, water and vinegar.
    At a low boil, cook until mixture is firm.
    Beat egg white in a bowl, add hot mixture and beat until creamy.
    Add walnuts and vanilla.
    Pour into 8-inch greased pan.
    When almost cool cut into small squares. Yields 16 to 20 pieces.
