Cold Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peeled tomatoes (2 to 3 c.)
    1 can (2 c.) tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 small onion, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of Worcestershire
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Into large bowl pour juice from the peeled tomatoes; chop tomatoes coarsely and return to juice.
    Add tomato juice, salt, sugar, pepper, lemon juice and grated onion.
    Beat with rotary beater.
    Blend in sour cream and rest of items.
    Chill for several hours.
    Serve in chilled bowls.
    Decorate with chives.
    Yields 4 servings.
