Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. small green grapes
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh ground pepper
Preparation

Toss chicken with celery, grapes and almonds.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Fold into chicken mixture.
Refrigerate, covered.
Serve in lettuce cups, garnish with whole almonds or parsley.
