Avocado Tostados - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 tostado shells
1 1/2 c. refried beans
2 c. guacamole
4 c. shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced black olives
taco sauce, if desired
Preparation

Warm tostado shells in the oven.
Meanwhile heat refried beans in a skillet over medium heat.
Layer each tostado shell with beans, guacamole, lettuce and cheese.
Top with taco sauce, sour cream and black olives.
