Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2/3 c. sugar
1 carton whipping cream

Preparation

Cut sweet potatoes like French fries.
Put into greased casserole.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over potatoes. Pour unwhipped cream over potatoes.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
