Ingredients

potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
egg whites, slightly beaten
Italian seasoning

Preparation

Mix beaten egg whites with Italian seasoning until mixed.
Add potatoes; stir until completely covered.
Spread potatoes on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking
spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, stirring occasionally.
