Potato Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag of Simply Shreds potatoes (fresh, not frozen)
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix everything together until it's nice and gloppy.
    Heat deep fry oil to 350\u00b0.
    Drop the glop into the oil by tablespoons. As they fry, the globs of glop will turn into brown, crispy, delicious fritters.
