Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    28 oz. whole tomatoes, undrained
    2 (3 oz.) dry onion soup mix
    4 c. mixed vegetables (green beans, corn, carrots and peas)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in stew pot until brown; drain.
    Stir in rest of ingredients and break up tomatoes.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat and cook, uncovered, 20 minutes.
