Trout Stuffed With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 4 trout, with heads and tails on
lemon juice
salt and pepper
tarragon and thyme
2 carrots
2 onions
3 celery stalks
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Sprinkle inside and out of the fish with spices and lemon juice.
Chop vegetables in a food processor and saute them in margarine until soft.
Stuff each fish with sauteed vegetables and wrap them loosely in foil.
Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
