Janice'S Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 green peppers, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
2 qt. tomatoes, peeled and crushed
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. fresh basil
6 potatoes, peeled and cut in eight pieces each
6 to 8 pieces browned chicken
Preparation

In large kettle, saute the onions, garlic and peppers in olive oil slowly.
Add carrots, tomatoes and salt.
Simmer.
