Noodles A La Russe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. grated parmesan
    2 tbsp. chopped pimento
    6 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat, green onions and garlic in a skillet.
    Drain fat and season meat with salt and pepper.
    Mix together melted butter, sour cream, cheese and pimento.
    Add meat and sour cream mixture to noodles; pour into a 2 qt. casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes, until lightly browned.
