Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center cut pork chops
    6 slices onion
    6 slices green pepper
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can milk (soup can)
    6 Tbsp. rice
Preparation
    Season chops to taste and brown in small amount of fat on both sides. Pour fat off after browning.
    On top of each chop, place 1 slice onion and pepper.
    Place 1 tablespoon of rice on each.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Pour over top of all chops.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
