Smoked Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 venison ham
    1/2 c. salt
    4 Tbsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Wash and trim venison of any fat or cartilage.
    Make a paste of the other ingredients.
    Make 1 inch deep slits in the meat 2 inches apart all over meat and stuff each slot with paste.
