Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. margarine or Crisco, melted
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon or allspice
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, shortening, spice, sugar, baking powder, milk and enough flour to make thick dough. Knead out in tray or pan, then make into biscuits and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden and done.
