Buttercrust Pull-Aparts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 rounded Tbsp. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 to 3 c. more flour
Preparation

In a large bowl or breadmaker, combine first five ingredients. If using a breadmaker, set bread setting on manual.
In a saucepan or microwave-proof bowl, heat buttermilk and butter just until warm (110\u00b0 to 115\u00b0).
Add to flour mixture.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
By hand or breadmaker, mix in remaining to flour to form stiff dough.
