Low-Fat Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna (6 1/2 oz. can)
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 small pkg. sugar free lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. Weight Watchers mayonnaise
    3 to 4 Tbsp. pickles
Preparation
    Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water.
    In blender, combine Jell-O mixture, soup, mayonnaise, pickles and cottage cheese. Blend well and add tuna last.
    Store covered in the refrigerator. Serve on lettuce with a slice of tomato for an attractive salad plate.
