20 Minute Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Everything is put into a bowl at one time and beaten with an electric mixer for 20 minutes at moderate speed.
    Put in ungreased tube pan and bake one hour or a little less at 350\u00b0.
    (Important: Start cake in cold oven.)
    When baked, let stand until cool before removing from pan.
