Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small yellow squash, peeled and cut up
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small container sour cream
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Stew squash and onion.
    Add soup, rice, cheese and sour cream. Mix melted margarine and stuffing in bowl.
    Line bottom of buttered casserole dish with 1/2 of stuffing.
    Pour squash mixture on top and sprinkle the remaining stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
