Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. apples
1 egg
cinnamon on top

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and Crisco.
Work like mixing pie dough.
Add egg and apples.
Mix with fork.
Pour in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are soft. (This mix is real dry.)
