Emerald Cantaloupe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cantaloupes, cut in half and peeled
1 envelope lime flavored low-calorie jello
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
Preparation

Prepare jello as directed, using 1/4 cup less water than indicated.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in drained pineapple. Arrange cantaloupe halves on a shallow tray.
Fill cavities with jello mixture.
Chill until set.
