Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk or 1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    2/3 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. shredded Provolone or Muenster cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Dice, fry and drain bacon.
    Thaw and drain spinach.
    Mix all ingredients, but save some cheese to garnish top of casserole. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle saved cheese around edges to form a border.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at least 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    It's done when the center is firm, not runny.
    Baking will take longer if the milk or spinach is cold.
