Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Sift in flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Mix well, then add apples and pecans.
After mixing thoroughly, bake in oblong pan 30 or 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
