Lemon-Herb Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thin boneless chicken
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
Preparation
-
Combine flour, salt and pepper; toss with chicken pieces. Brown chicken on both sides in butter.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
