Marshmallow Date Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 graham crackers, rolled into crumbs
    20 marshmallows, cut in eighths
    1/2 lb. pitted dates, coarsely chopped
    1 c. broken walnuts
    1/3 c. cream
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs.
    Combine remaining crumbs, marshmallows, dates and walnuts.
    Moisten with cream and blend thoroughly.
    Form into a roll 2 1/2 to 3 inches in diameter.
    Roll in remaining crumbs.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill 8 hours or overnight.
    Slice and serve.
