Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. apples
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and blend with electric mixer. Fold in chopped pecans and chopped apples.
Pour in tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
