Super Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant potato flakes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
    1 can Mexicorn
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan, blend potato flakes, sour cream and 1/2 cup water.
    Pat firmly.
    Brown ground beef and stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Spoon over potato mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
