Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Chop round
    steak
    into chunks and brown in heavy skillet. Chop onion\tand
    green
    pepper
    and add to skillet.
    Add salt, pepper,
    Worcestershire
    sauce
    and water; simmer until tender. Add water as needed.
