Apple Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked apple pulp or sauce (measure after cooking)
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cook slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture is very thick and has a nice deep reddish color.
Pour into jars and seal.
