Farmer'S Market Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    4 c. chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
    3 c. assorted sliced or chopped vegetables
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and salad dressing mix. Refrigerate.
