Granny Moore'S Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. sifted flour
5 tsp. cocoa
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add buttermilk,
then
dry
ingredients and vanilla.
Mix well and bake in
2 layers at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
After cake is cooled ice with Buttermilk Icing.
