Best Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
6 very ripe bananas
2 tsp baking soda
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. flour

Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Mash bananas, add to sugar mixture.
Mix the baking soda in with the sour cream and then add to batter, stir in flour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in a 9 x 13 pan or 3 layers of 8 inch pans, till toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool and top with cream cheese or butter cream frosting.
Delicious without any topping.
