Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 qt. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
chopped parsley, chives and paprika (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
Saute onion in butter.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Add milk and bouillon cube, gradually stirring constantly with whisk to keep from becoming lumpy.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add crab just to heat through.
