Summer Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. almond extract
4 medium nectarines
1 medium cantaloupe
1 pt. strawberries
1/2 pt. blueberries
watercress sprigs for garnish
Preparation

About 30 minutes before serving, in small bowl with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese, milk, honey and almond extract until smooth, scraping bowl frequently with rubber spatula.
Pour dressing into small bowl.
Cut each nectarine into slices; discard pit.
Cut cantaloupe lengthwise into quarters; discard seeds; cut off rind.
Cut each cantaloupe quarter into wedges.
Rinse strawberries and blueberries under running cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
On chilled platter, arrange nectarine slices, cantaloupe wedges, strawberries, blueberries and cream cheese dressing in bowl.
Garnish salad with watercress sprigs.
Makes 6 salad or dessert servings.
