Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Do not cook pie shell.
    Pour ingredients into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until pies are brown.
    Yields 2 pies.
