Chicken & Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken (fryer)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg
    3/4 can evaporated milk
    Pepper
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Cook chicken, save broth.
    Remove chicken from bones and cut up.
    Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
    Spread cream of chicken soup over chicken.
    Mix package of stuffing mix, chopped onion, egg, evaporated milk, pepper together and sprinkle with Italian seasoning to taste.
    Spread this over chicken and soup.
    Pour saved chicken broth over all this until dish is full. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Check after 1/2 hour, if dish seems dry add more broth and continue to bake.
