Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco (room temperature)
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. any flavoring
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; beat on high speed for 10 to 20 minutes. Can be kept for week in an airtight container on kitchen shelf or refrigerated.
To thicken or thin consistency, add more powdered sugar or more water.
