1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
