Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whole pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Cover edge of pie shell with aluminum foil strips.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes, removing foil for the last 5 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting knife halfway between center and edge.
It should come out clean.
Cool.
